Encouragement for Purposeful Living
We've noticed a growing trend of people--families in particular--who are interested in pursuing intentional, purposeful living. Having practiced this for a number of years ourselves in contexts that demand intentionality, we decided to create a space we could use to encourage others who are walking (or desire to walk) the same path. Here you'll find articles, book reviews, poetic expressions, and personal thoughts on a variety of topics. We'll share gems we've found to be helpful and point you to people who can teach you more.
Welcome! Be encouraged, friend!
Mick and Rachel
I got my first SLR for my 15th birthday, and I've been snapping away ever since. I've shot nature, sports, stock, travel, babies, weddings and more, just to find my passion in portraits, capturing the beauty I see within each individual or family.
Check out our most recent shoots here.
Whether journaling, freelancing, writing research papers or crafting a facebook post, I enjoy wordsmithing and playing with the nuances of language. I hope you're somehow encouraged by what I write here, friend!
I love my family. Second to Jesus, my husband and my children are my greatest loves. We're just a bunch of broken people living under the same roof, but God is in our midst, drawing us and others to Himself.
Meet our family.
